Jim Kempling’s talk, “Victoria-A City Goes to War”, will focus on the results of his examination of the experience in Victoria. He has authorized two history websites as part of his work: www.birthofaregiment.com examines the formation of Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry and www.acitygoestowar.ca provides much of the research and archival material for his talk.
