Kids can start the school year right with a free Haircut, free Backpack, free School Supplies, and Fun !!
This year’s annual Fresh Start returns to downtown Nanaimo, Diana Krall Plaza, and Vancouver Island Regional Library’s Nanaimo Harbourfront Branch.
There will be Food Trucks in the Plaza and colouring activities in the Library. More activities to be announced closer to the day.
