An Introduction to Transrational Approaches to Economics This presentation is a philosophical exploration of insights from transrational peace philosophy, a cornerstone of the UNESCO Char for Peace Studies in Innsbruck, Austria, and their broader implications in economics.
We are rational beings — and so much more: a simple assertion which draws into question many of the assumptions of modern economics.
The lecture is given by Dr. Shawn Bryant who grew up and currently resides in Nanaimo. He holds a PhD in International Peace, Conflict and Development Studies from the Universitat Jaume I in Castellón, Spain and is core faculty of the MA program in Peace, Development, Security and International Conflict Transformation at Innsbruck University, Austria.
