Consider a career as an electrician or an HVAC mechanic – Vancouver Island University’s Electrical Foundation and Refrigeration Air-Conditioning Mechanic programs can give you your start towards a career in these hands-on, technical, in-demand trades. Come find out more at a special info session on Monday, January 9 at VIU’s Nanaimo campus, from 6:30 – 8 pm in Building 180, Room 134. Job opportunities in both of these fields are readily available both locally and throughout British Columbia and Canada. To learn more about the 24-week Electrical Foundation and the 10-month Refrigeration Air-Conditioning Mechanic programs, come out on January 9!
