Are you ready for a fast-paced career in the hands-on, creative field of esthetics? Vancouver Island University’s 8-month Professional Esthetics certificate program will get you job-ready and in high demand with industry employers. Graduates work in many settings – day, resort, destination and cruise ship spas; hair salons; private businesses; and sales and promotion.
Courses run Tuesday to Friday at VIU’s Parksville Centre, and the program includes more than 500 hours of real-life, hands-on, practical experience in a supervised, clinical setting, where students have the opportunity to work with the public.
100% of last year’s class found work in the industry. Come out to an information session on Tuesday, February 21 from 6:30 – 8 pm at VIU’s Parksville Campus, room 260, to find out if a career in this field is for you!
