Designed as a fat busting whole body workout, Aqua Energy Circuit tones muscles while burning calories away. Combines core training using the resistance of the water, and helps build coordination and balance. Come have fun and leave your stress behind!
Water workouts are great for off-season, cross-training from land exercise, and recovering/strength training from injury.
