Frankenstein: The Radio Play by Philip Grecian, adapted from the novel by Mary Shelley, Frankenstein, or The Modern Prometheus. Published in 1818, Shelley’s Frankenstein is more than an iconic gothic horror story. It has stood the test of time with messages that still resonate clearly today about ethics in science, feminism and patriarchy, and intolerance and discrimination towards “others” who are different. Who is the “monster?” Proceeds support the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre and Need2, suicide prevention, education, and support.
