2019 marks the 100th year since the birth of Pete Seeger. - a true music legend and steadfast social activist. This show pays tribute to his life, legacy and songs performed by stellar Vancouver Island talent including Doug Cox, Helen Austin, Bruce & Judy Wing, Tony Turner and Kim June Johnson. You will be tapping your toes and singing along to classic Seeger tunes while support a worthy cause. This fundraiser concert is sponsored by the Comox Valley Unitarian Fellowship and Comox United Church with a portion of the net proceeds supporting Project Watershed’s Kus-kus-sum initiative. We think Pete would approve.
