Nick Versteeg didn’t stop with his first documentary, Island on the Edge, he has directed and produced a second entitled: Food Security: It's in Your Hands. CGC will be showing this film for the first time in the Cowichan Valley. After the film we will delve further into the topic with a panel discussion and a question period. At the event, don't forget to check out our Green Fair which will include initiatives, organizations, farmers, and co-ops who are working their hardest to make Cowichan Valley and Vancouver Island more sustainable. Come out and figure out answers and solutions to questions that affect us all! Cost: $10 suggested donation at the door
