Folk Show Sundays @ VEC brings you some of the west coasts most diverse foot stompin' folk music you'll ever experience. Come share a drink with us as we transport you back to the simpler times of centuries long forgotten with a modern twist. (Ages 19+)

Pages From The Oak Tree
Starting as street performers in Victoria, Pages from the Oak Tree are something between Louisiana Blues and Eastern European old time. Bringing a Baltic twist to a warm folk sound and covering it in a heavy dose of foot stomping rhythm and heart warming harmonies. These three folks blend six instruments into a macabre sing-a-long and pour it over a waltzing old-time mosh pit.

Fraea the Banshee
If there were a way to prepare oneself for having their heart taken and returned to them through banjo plucked songs that pierce through u with a voice like no other id say prepare yourself..but you can't.

Mud
Tall tales and true stories of a dirty country balladeer. Seasoned like fine bourbon and delivered with the grace and charm of a blown tire on the 401.
