Fire & Forge is a two-day celebration that takes place at Parksville Museum on Friday, August 19th from 3:00-8:00 pm and on Saturday, August 20th from 11:00-4:00 pm.
In addition to demonstrations by well-known Blacksmith Dave Kasprick and internationally renowned Potter Larry Aguilar, Clay Master Dan Krystalowich will join in with Raku and Horse Hair Pottery Firings.
For anyone who has never witnessed a Raku firing, it is a magical transformation of raw clay into unimaginable colors! Friday evening demo coincides with our popular Farmers' Market! Bring the family and have some fun!
