Once again, Parksville firefighters are asking the public to support the community in need with this year’s “Fill the Boots for Food Drive” to be held on Saturday, November 13 and Sunday, November 14 from 9 am to 5 pm.
Due to the pandemic and like 2020, there will be no door-to-door collection in neighbourhoods. Physically distanced and masked, our firefighters will be at set locations in the City asking residents to generously support the Salvation Army food bank with cash donations. Parksville Fire will also accept donations of new unwrapped toys for the Society of Organized Services. Please watch our social media feeds and website for details and locations
