A shout-out to Dad’s (& Mother’s of course)! Be super adventurous & unique this Mother’s Day; bring the kiddos down to Fanny Bay Candle Company & create a memory that will last much longer than a bouquet of flowers...not to mention the amusing and educational time they will have. Show the Mother or special woman in your life how grateful you are for all they do, by creating a long lasting masterpiece of love.

Children must be a minimum of 8 yrs old to participate or be admitted into the workshop & be accompanied by an admitted adult.

We will be hosting this marvelous workshop “Open House” style. Pop in for one of the two workshop days & craft either; “Chunky Milk Carton Candles” or dip & colour pairs of Taper candles in “her” favorite colour.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to make Milk Carton Candles, you must provide your own clean & dry wax lined carton, either 2L or 1L. We will supply the chunks & wax as well as the blank Taper candles for dipping. If you would like to bring; rocks, shells, small metal items...nothing flammable like wood...to add to your milk carton please feel free. Make one pair of tapers & a Milk Carton or 20+ pairs of tapers & up to 2 milk cartons person. All candles will be set & ready to go home with you the same day, no hassle of shipping or having to come back. Total cost will be the Admission Fee plus the cost of the total amount of candles you make.

For safety reasons; a maximum of 5 guests will be admitted to work in the shop at the same time. We will admit visitors on a first come first served basis, nevertheless we have lawn chairs & a beautiful view to take in while you wait your turn. Bring a blanket & picnic lunch & make an afternoon of it!

If you have a larger group & would like to book a private time, please call & we will book your group of at least 5 on either of the workshop dates. We are also capable of hosting private workshops at anytime in between these dates, during shop hours, with at least 24 hrs notice. A shop fee will be added to the total cost of the product made. FBCC holds workshops year round for birthdays, weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, Blessing Ways & just about any other occasion you can think of.
