6 week session
This class is a great opportunity for parents and children to explore new ways to play, yoga and connect with each other and with other like minded families.
You will enjoy yoga in a fun and exciting way. Expect to use your imagination, use fun props and laugh a lot!
We will connect with each other through partner and group poses, breath and Thai massage. But there will be, oh, so much more!
More and more, we see activities emerging that involve parents and children joint participation. This is one of the best things you can do for your family. Take some time every week to add a bit of silliness and lightness to the everyday stresses of parenthood and child rearing.
Varenka Schwarz has a BA in Psychology, is a Registered Yoga Teacher and an Early Childhood Educator. She loves spending time with children and currently works with infants and toddlers at a daycare centre.
