Family Boatbuilding Course in Cowichan Bay

Over a single weekend two family members will build a Phil Bolger design Elegant Punt, a lightweight cartopper dinghy that can be rowed and used with a small outboard. Plans and patterns to make it into a sailboat are available from the Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre. Dates: March 27, 28 & 29 Cost: $435 +GST (This is a per couple cost, includes all materials and each pair will have a boat to take home.)
Instructor: Mark Reuten of Nomad Boatbuilding *This course is suitable for children age 12 and up when accompanied by an adult.
