The Vintage, Retro & Collectible Show/Sale is held in the charming town of Sidney, Vancouver Island on Sunday, September 3, 2017.
This tri-annual favourite, now in its 23rd year, features over 100 tables and booths of 18th, 19th and 20th century antiques and vintage collectibles, making it one of the largest event of its kind held on Vancouver Island.
Highlights of the diverse selection to be found at this event include antique and estate jewelry, Victorian sterling and silver-plate, French country, formal and retro chic furniture and accessories, kitchen collectibles, decorative art pottery and glass, old advertising and memorabilia, antiquarian books, tribal and native arts, mid-century Modernist décor, textiles and linens, and classic dolls and toys.
This retro extravaganza is a ‘must’ for seasoned enthusiasts and novice collectors alike!
The event is held at the Mary Winspear Centre , conveniently located on Beacon Avenue, Sidney. General admission is $4 at the door and children under 13 are free.
There is a $20 Earlybird charge at 8.30 am.
The Winspear Centre is wheelchair friendly. Catering is provided by Island Culinary Services.
