This is a COMMUNITY-WIDE YARD SALE with a difference – the focus is on growing community and promoting greener lifestyles

• If you live in the neighbourhood, host a yard sale on your block, and preferably “cluster” with neighbours. Email [email protected] or call 250-382-4604 to sign up

• Check out our yard sale map at http://fairfieldcommunity.ca/events-projects/community-wide-yard-sale/ and come shop to your heart's content!

• Donate gently-used household goods – the Salvation Army will be accepting donations from 9am-1pm at St. Mathias Church (Richmond & Richardson) and will pick-up curbside at registered yard sales after the event

• Recycle your stuff – visit the FGCA’s regular hard & soft plastics recycling depots, 9-11am at St. Matthias Church and 10am-12pm at the Red Cross (Fairfield & Quadra).

• The Junk Box can be contacted after the event to dispose of trash for a discounted fee to sale participants - 250-658-3944 or www.theJunkBox.ca.
