Faculty Concert Series: Alexander Dunn, guitar
Virtuoso guitarist Alexander Dunn plays a solo recital of music from England and Mexico, including works by Elizabethan composer John Dowland, the magnificent 20 Variations and Fuge on La Folia of Mexican Manuel Ponce, and the 12 movement cycle of Concert Studies by English impressionist Allan Willcocks – heard for the first time in Canada in its entirety.
