Eva Barlett , a young, dynamic and inspiring speaker, arrived in Gaza with one of the boats that broke the blockade of Gaza in 2008. She stayed as an accompanier with the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), travelling with the wounded in an ambulance during the last assault on Gaza. Bartlett has also travelled with farmers and fishers targeted (shot at with live ammunition and shells) by the Israeli army, who continue to suffer such fate.
