Experience VIU is a free event that will provide you with an opportunity to experience campus life and learn more about the 120+ programs that are offered at Vancouver Island University (along with the many services and supports available to students).

Check in at the Welcome Centre, Building 300

During the event, you’ll be able to:

- explore campus
- take a guided tour
- take in a sample class
- ‎‍see our Mobile Spectrometry Lab
- try our Trades Simulators

- learn how education can put you on a great career path

You can see what student life is like on our beautiful 92-acre Nanaimo campus, sample a university class led by a VIU professor, and meet with a VIU Recruitment Officer to get your questions answered. It’s all very casual, and it will be FUN! …Did we mention there will be free lunch from 12 noon to 1 pm?!
