Exhibition: North Vancouver Island at War!

This summer the museum will be presenting the exhibit North Vancouver Island at War! Which will provide visitors with a closer look at what was happening on the North Island during the first and second world wars.
The exhibit will focus on local stories including the Gumboot Navy, the Fort at Yorke Island, the Alternative Service, and the internment of the local Japanese Canadian community. The exhibit will be supplemented by a travelling exhibit from the Royal British Columbia Museum that highlights the First World War in British Columbia.
Daily : 10am - 5pm
Winter (Oct. 1 - May 17)
Tuesday - Sunday : 12pm - 5pm
