Cider or Hard Cider is a fermented alcoholic beverage made from the juice of apples. The juice of any variety of apple can be used in cider making, but particular apples grown for cider making are known as cider apples, There has been a tremendous resurgence of interest in cider making over the last few years.

True Believer Cider is a blend of five different types of apples grown in the Hudson Valley and milled on Long Island. True Believer is produced in a softer, fruity style since the types of apples used are not traditionally used in cider making. True Believer is pale yellow in colour, with a sweet apple and spice-cake nose. The bubbles are very small, and very persistent, leading to a crisp cut to the taste.
