You are invited to join the Volkssport Walking Clubs of Victoria for an evening centennial celebration walk through the Township of Esquimalt. You can choose your distance: either five or ten kilometres!

What: Esquimalt Centennial Walk

Where: Walk begins at Archie Browning Sports Centre

When: July 12, 2012. Registration at 5:30 p.m., walk begins at 6 p.m.

The walk will begin at the Archie Browning Sport Centre and meander through beautiful Macauley Point Park and Saxe Point Park, and then pass through the Esquimalt Town Centre. The ten kilometre route will continue through the trails and neighbourhoods north of the centre taking in the magnificent views from the top of Highrock Park before returning via Westbay to the start. There will be no charge for the walk.
