Employee Supported Volunteering - Making it work for your business
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Finding the right employee for your organization takes time, resources and sometimes a whole bunch of creativity.
In Canada, 68% of Canadians say, given the choice between two jobs, they would choose the one at the company with the stronger volunteering culture (Volunteer Canada/ Ipsos Public Affairs). We invite you to join us to look at and explore what Employee Supported Volunteering looks like or could look like in your organization.
We will go through some key aspects of Employee Supported Volunteering and you will also hear from 3 panel members who will share insights about how their companies have incorporated this into their company culture.
Volunteer Victoria is committed to supporting businesses & community with creating more opportunities for Employee Supported Volunteering and want this session to be about providing you with information as well as getting insights about what is working for you.
