Born and raised in Nanaimo BC, Steve had many artistic abilities before stumbling upon his career as a singer and entertainer.

With no prior singing abilities, he walked into a Karaoke contest at a local mall and was intrigued by the performers caught in their acts. The contest was set in the era of classic rock and and early crooners..

Steve decided to enter last minute for fun and found that he had a natural ability to Sing and entertain!

He won a prize set of " Elvis " CD's and discovered the rawness and sensualities in Elvis Presley's voice which lead him to his new found career as a performer. Since then, Steve has perfected his act as a tribute artist using the energy in the music of " Elvis " to express to a generation of " all ages " the memories and magic of the Young King!

Steve has been a performer since 2000 and has won various Elvis contests throughout Canada Including the Grand Canadian Championship of the Pacific Northwest Elvis Festival 2004 in Penticton BC.

He travels now full time with his " Elvis Elite " show and his act has taken him throughout Canada and the USA.

Not only does Steve portray an uncanny likeness to Elvis, he also excels in the voices of many other celebrities such as Roy Orbison, Louis Armstrong and classic Crooners like Nat King Cole, etc.

Steve may surprise you at the next performance you take in...you may be watching a celebrity variety show!
