Are you ready to improve your lifestyle and live the life of your dreams? Do you want to learn how to make long lasting changes to your health, fitness and nutrition? If you are ready to immerse yourself in all things health and fitness then this Fitness Camp is right for you!

Join Kinesiologist and coach, Sarah Seads, for a weekend or weeklong Fitness Camp designed to motivate, inspire, educate and challenge you. This camp will combine daily outdoor fitness with workshops on nutrition, weight management, fitness & lifestyle change. All participants will leave with a personalized fitness plan and new tools to take home and begin working with right away.

Reach for new heights and move beyond your self perceived limits! Get off the beaten track and discover beautiful vistas, beaches and trails in the Comox Valley. This is the perfect opportunity to work intensly with a fitness & lifestyle coach who will help you move beyond barriers, set goals and create action steps to help you reach your optimal health. This safe and supportive, small group camp will provide you with energy and inspiration on your health & fitness journey. Let's get started!

Weekend Camp Outline
-Friday evening welcome & 1.5hour workshop 6:30-8:00pm
-Saturday morning guided 2-3 hour hike Starting 8:30am
-Saturday lunch, snacks & nutrition workshop
-Saturday afternoon workshop
-Saturday afternoon strength training session Finished 3:30pm
-Sunday morning stretch & core session Starting 7:30am
-Sunday morning guided 2-3 hour hike Starting 8:30am
-Sunday lunch, snacks & nutrition workshop
-Sunday afternoon workshop Finished 2:30ish

-Wholefood lunches and snacks for Saturday and Sunday
-Shuttles to and from Comox Valley trailheads
-2 daily coached workouts with Sarah Seads
-3 health, fitness and nutrition workshops

Week long Camp
In addition to all of the above weekend camp services the full week long camp also includes:
-Unlimited ELM outdoor fitness classes in beautiful Comox Valley from Monday-Thursday the week following. Choose from a wide range of outdoor fitness adventures including Fresh Air Fitness, Sunrise Bootcamp, Run:walk clinics and more!
-Friday evening guided 1.5 hour hike including shuttle to and from the trailhead.
-Friday evening finale dinner and celebration at the Kingfisher Resort.


Cost
-Weeklong Camp:: Members: $725 Non-Members: $760
-Weekend Camp Only::Members: $550 Non-Members: $585
-Maximum 12 participants, space is very limited and registration is available on a first come first serve basis.
-Kingfisher Resort is offering special accommodation packages for camp participants. Please contact ELM for more information and details on reserving your accomodation.
-All prices are subject to 12% HST

Registration
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve your spot on a first come first serve basis. Full payment is due by March 8th. Cancellation policy for this event: No refunds, however you may transfer your registration to a friend if you are unable to attend the camp.
