Edible Native Plant Walk
Join a local herbalist and plant enthusiast for a plant walk through our local parks. Learn about the wild plants that you can eat; Stinging Nettles, Salal, Miner's Lettuce and more! Discover how to identify, harvest, prepare and incorporate them into your own back yard. Plant walks to Englishman River Regional Park are on Wednesday May 7 or 14, or to Moorecroft Regional Park on May 21 or 28. All programs run from 4:30 to 6:30pm and the cost is $15.50 per person.
