Flutist Clara Novakova performs works by Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Malaysian composers including Ode for Loulan by Chen Musheng, The Shepherd's Flute by Wen Deqing, plus duos with UVic School of Music flute professor Suzanne Snizek and pianist Yoomi Kim.
Novakova is Associate Professor of Flute at Suzhou University in Suzhou, China. She has taught and lead masterclasses in Europe, South and Central America, and Asia and continues to perform as a soloist and with various chamber ensembles from France, Spain and the Czech Republic.
