Nanaimo Dream to Travel Club is a not for-profit society that supports individuals with a wide range of physical and developmental disabilities achieve their travel dreams. Through collaborative efforts with volunteers, family members and care providers, our members plan, and hold fundraisers and events to raise money to assist them with travel expenses. The fundraising process allows them to be a greater part of our community, meet new people, and feel a great sense of pride, accomplishment and success.

We believe that travelling as we do in a large, group setting allows the individuals we support the companionship of their peers, and the support of friends, volunteers or staff, who are familiar with, and can assist them with their needs. It is also an excellent way for our members to make lasting friendships and experience new places while surrounded by familiar, caring people.
