In this drawing workshop hone both your observational and technical rendering skills, guided by Nanaimo based artist Cecile Van Woensel. Van Woensel is known for her meticulous, evocative drawings and paintings of majestic tree structures of coastal Vancouver Island. Create a work of your own using a variety of drawing materials, inspired by the beauty of natural objects from the local environment (found mosses, branches etc. mindfully collected for this workshop.) The artist�s training in molecular biology, passion for the natural environment, and many years of artistic practice and teaching make her a skilled guide along your artistic path.
