This October, the world�s most famous force of evil rises again for the second year running as Craigdarroch Castle presents Giggling Iguana and Launch Pad Productions� �Dracula � The Blood is the Life� October 23 through October 31.

�Dracula � The Blood is the Life� is adapted from Bram Stoker�s classic horror novel by Launch Pad�s David Radford and Christina Patterson, the team that wrote the award-winning �The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde�. Using Stoker�s iconic Dracula tale as a frame, �The Blood is the Life� tells the saga of a Victorian London cursed by the undead spirit of Dracula and the heroic efforts of Mina Murray, Dr. Seward and Professor Van Helsing as they struggle to put things right. The action puts the audience right in the middle of a terrifying and all-encompassing tale of horror.

This year�s performance features an all-star cast including: Trevor Hinton, Christina Patterson, Michael Shewchuk, Matthew Coulson, and David Radford. Ian Case, who produced the show last year, will direct and produce.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a seated performance. Craigdarroch Castle is a historic house museum. There are 87 stairs and NO ramps or elevator � it is NOT wheelchair accessible.
