Mortgage documents can be large and overwhelming, and often the fine print gets over looked when documents are being signed.

There are a few things however that are important to check in that fine print in order to save you some money down the road. In this discussion Caroline Roach of The Mortgage Centre, Fitzwilliam Mortgage will go over a few of these important clauses, what they mean, and how they can affect your future mortgage decisions if not addressed in that initial signing.
