Diwali 2014 Cultural Show

Since 1998 The Victoria Hindu Parishad, a registered charitable non-profit organization, has been organizing its annual cultural dance program to celebrate Diwali (Festival of Lights), one of the popular East Indian festivals. This is one of the most beautiful and widely attended events of its kind in Victoria and attracts over 1000 attendees.
The program consists of a variety of Indian classical and semi-classical dances, Hindi and Punjabi songs, as well as other musical entertainment. Renowned performers from Vancouver as well as several talented local artists participated in this show to entertain the community.
Please note, no scheduled intermission.
Free tickets available for children ages 2 and under on lap. Please contact the UVic Ticket Centre to make arrangements.
