Two local musicians, Diana Pearson & Tristan Armstrong will be performing an evening of live music, a night of covers & originals.
Tristan Armstrong is an accomplished musician living in Nanaimo, B.C. He is a fantastic song-writer, guitarist/vocalist and performer. He is always keeping busy as a solo musician as well as in bands - he was recently recruited to perform on cruise ships, and his latest band projects include "The Mother Tongue Band" and "The Paisley Eye." This is an awesome opportunity to hear Tristan in an intimate acoustic setting.
Diana Pearson is a singer-songwriter originally from Nanaimo, B.C and is currently living in Calgary, Alberta. She is a pianist/vocalist singer-songwriter, excited to share her newest songs with the Nanaimo community. As well as a solo performer, Diana has musical interest in classical piano and live theatre.
Both are recent graduates of VIU's Jazz Studies program.
