Dave Cormier is no stranger to the music scene. He grew up on Cape Breton Island, which pretty much guarantees an interest in music! Dave�s father was a violinist, so young Dave was exposed to the music world from an early age. But instead of going the classical route, he opted for the world of rock and roll! Dave�s career path took him from Calgary, to Winnipeg, to Ontario and Western Canada, then back to the East Coast. After years on the road, Dave decided to take a break and moved to British Columbia. The music bug bit him again in 2011, and Dave began writing songs again and went back into the studio with producer Zak Cohen to work on his tunes. The result is Dave�s new disc, �Cor-me-eh�, a great rock cd that evokes comparisons to Tom Petty, Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen.
