Dance Victoria presents the Alberta Ballet�s The Nutcracker on December 6, 7 & 8, 2013 at the Royal Theatre.

Alberta Ballet's version of this classic family favourite is a sumptuous feast for the eyes. Designed by Emmy Award-winner Zack Brown, the production is packed with surprises to delight young and old. Make this the year to bring your loved ones to the Royal Theatre for a magical experience they'll remember for a lifetime.

Alberta Ballet is Canada's third largest dance company and is in its 45th season. Alberta Ballet has developed a distinctive repertoire and performance quality that has brought it to the forefront of both its home and international stages. The Company of Alberta Ballet comprises 31 classically trained professional dancers from Australia, Canada, England, France, Japan, Italy, Korea, Cuba and the United States.

Join us before the show for Nutcracker Story Time in the theatre lobby prior to the performance. We invite a special guest to explain the story of the Nutcracker as an interactive treat for little ones attending the show. Our pre-show chats begin about 45 minutes prior to curtain and are free to all ticket holders.
