From the down home country blues of Robert Johnson to the sounds of BB King, from the urban blues of Muddy Waters to the uptown sound of James Brown, the West Coast Blues Doctors are both enlightening and moving, a feast for the eyes as well as the ears.
A West Coast Blues Doctors performance is designed to heal and restore and invigorate your soul better than any Medicine Show tonic. Whether it�s the Swing of the thirties, the post-war Chicago Shuffle or Rhythm and Blues of the sixties, the music will bring you out of your seat and onto the dance floor.
They are veteran musicians of Uncle Wiggly�s Hot Shoes Blues Band, Out Of The Blue, Soul Station, Tom Morrissey Band, the Groove Kitchen and the Soul Shakers with the credentials to diagnose a crowd. The West Coast Blues Doctors prescribe a musical practicum that will give your ears some of the best medicine they have had in ages.
Come out to legion 10 to dance to this entertaining band, enjoy a large dance floor, free pool, a beautiful licensed back yard, great food at very reasonable prices and the friendliest staff in town!
The legion is a private club for legion members and guests. They are always recruiting and accepting new members. Everyone welcome!
The doors open at 7 pm, dancing begins at 8 pm. The kitchen is open until 10 pm..
Tickets are $12. Legion 10 members/$15. Guests and are available in advance at the legion or at the door.
