WelcomeSpring! An opportunity for the Cowichan Valley Arts Council to feature some of out wonderful volunteers and their art. Without our volunteers, we could do nothing! This is in the small gallery (The Annex) and features photographs, chalk pastels, oils, 3-D art and pleasant music. Everyone welcome!
