This event is part of the fifth annual Creatively United for the Planet Festival - Sustainability Showcase in celebration of Earth Day. Our mission is to celebrate social innovation, unite community and achieve a more just and sustainable world by inspiring individual, community and global well-being. This evening will feature an entertaining and enlightening talk "What Can One Person Do When 7.3 Billion are Frying the Planet?" by celebrity author/artist Franke James.
It will also feature the Victoria premier of the documentary film "Sea Blind" about the shocking environmental cost of international shipping with award-winning local filmmaker Sarah Robertson.
