Creating Space of Belonging for Syrian Refugees: A question to all Canadians
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
VIDEA invites you to join us to engage with our panel in a discussion of what a welcoming and open community would look like for incoming refugees. The focus of this panel is to examine how spaces of belonging can be developed by Canadian citizens, and how integration can become a secondary function of belonging to a community.
The evening will provide opportunity for understanding through the panel presentation, and a chance to examine and discuss the ideas presented in group oriented discussions.
You are encouraged to attend and share your experiences and thoughts on this contemporary issue.
