Join the Campbell River Hospice Society for a evening of music by John Wort Hannam.
John has released 5 albums, capturing a Juno nomination for Best Traditional/ Roots album and a Canadian Folk Music Award for Album of the Year. John and the Blue Collars� winsome, lonesome and then some style of acoustic roots reveals a woven textile of metaphor, phrasing, irony, and rhyme that reads with ease like well written prose. He is one of the new torch-bearers of a vast songwriting tradition in the styles of John Prine, Louden Wainwright III, and Steve Earle but proudly Canadian.
Tickets are $20 per person and available at the Hospice office (301 Dogwood Street, Campbell River) and all proceeds go to the Hospice Society so that we may continuing providing grief support and end of life care to all within our community and surrounding area.
