Fall is here and hunters and sports shooters can check out the Fall Gun Show at the Courtenay and District Fish & Game Protective Association located at 3780 Colake Rd on Comox Lake. It’s the place to be to find that special something. We will be open at the main hall from 8am until 2pm on Sunday. Admittance is $5 for men 18yrs and over but women and youth under 18 are free. Breakfast and lunch will be available to purchase from the kitchen.
Check out the many vendors’ tables of the buy, sell or trade displays of sporting, hunting and some historical firearms and other associated equipment. The show is a great opportunity to find a starting firearm for a novice hunter such as a son or daughter or grandchild. More women are taking up the various shooting sports and hunting. This could be the opportunity to find an economical firearm.
