Doom Squad is a Hip Hop group from Edmonton, AB consisting of 3 artists; Kryple, NineLivez & Trippz. The group has been together since the end of 2010 and has already gained a huge fan base across Canada & the rest of the world. They have opened for almost every big Hip Hop artist that has come to Edmonton in the last 4 years, and have performed well over 150 shows across Canada, and numerous reputable music festivals, as well as headlined their own Canadian tour in 2015.

Doom Squad has released 3 projects as a group so far, the first being a mixtape titled ‘Countdown To Doomsday’ in December of 2013. Just a little over a year later they released their first album titled ‘The Proper Project’ in January of 2014 with the release of their single & video Captain Chronic. Doom Squad started their ‘Monthly Cyphers’ in February 2014, they are cypher style music videos that feature a different Edmonton hip hop artist every month. On Christmas Day 2014 they released another mixtape titled “The Monthly Cypher Mixtape” consisting the audio of every cypher released in 2014 and is available for free online. To date they have 24 consecutive cyphers released, the latest featuring Merkules & Drezus premiering on Noisey. In 2015, each member released a solo album, Kryple with Anger Management in April, Trippz collaborated with Sonik to make Cd's On tape (On CD) and NineLivez released Nickel Plated 9z in December to end the year with a bang.

Their new album ‘Countdown to Doomsday’ will be available April 2016.
