The Cowichan Consort Orchestra starts Sept 9th with Monday night rehearsals in Mill Bay at Sylvan United Church right beside Fr. Kelsey High School. If you play a string instrument come join us. Playing at a cons.level of 8 or higher brings most enjoyment.
Students can hone their skills as well, in our group. Wind chairs available at the moment are 2 & 3rd trombone, & horn. We welcome Pippa Williams as our new conductor starting her 2nd season.
Membership fees apply but do come check us out Sept 9 ,16th or 23rd. First concert is Nov 2 in Duncan at the Chr. Ref. Church 930 Trunk Road. Rehearsals are in Mill Bay.
