At the Connections workshops we provide you with the opportunity to learn how to "do it different". Uncover what is not working in your life and make the changes to create the life you want. Discover new possibilities in your attitudes and beliefs and learn how to incorporate these into your life, creating new results. The workshop is an interactive experience focusing on self awareness, working in small and large groups and examining patterns we use in interactions with others.

This program will help you to manage change, improve your communication skills and learn about balance and self care.

Follow up sessions are also included to keep you connected and support you on your new path.
