Individuals and businesses with an interest in including Indigenous employees in the workplace are invited to attend a conference on this topic at Vancouver Island University’s (VIU) Cowichan Campus June 7-8.
Sharing Knowledge ~ Buildings Relationships: Aboriginal Experience in the Cross-cultural Workplace is hosted by the University of Windsor in collaboration with the University of Waterloo (UW), VIU and Nicola Valley Institute of Technology (NVIT), with the assistance of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC).
The purpose of the conference is to explore the effect of inclusion of Indigenous people into the cross-cultural workplace.
