Sat, Apr 9th, 8-10pm, Concert – Celtic Chaos in Concert - Celtic Music Songs, Tunes & Stories Celtic Chaos is a traditional band from the Qualicum Beach and Nanaimo area of Vancouver Island.
The group consists of Dave Barta on accordion and vocals, Joyce Beaton on fiddle, cello and le patter, John Beaton on poetry, Gordon Lafleur on Irish wooden flute and penny whistle, and Joe Spinelli on double bass and guitar. They perform songs, tunes, and stories from all over the Celtic world, including Scotland, Ireland, Quebec, Cape Breton, Sweden, and Appalachia.
An evening with Celtic Chaos is a fun ceilidh – a kitchen party including energetic dance music, sing-alongs and humourous stories. Let’s dance !
