This workshop is held in conjunction with the exhibit The Claim | Nathan and Cedric Bomford. This exciting installation provides us with an opportunity to explore how artists develop conceptual ideas and translate them into works of art. We will tour the exhibit and discuss how the artists developed their concept through research, writing, and the construction process. We will also look at artists working in mediums such as drawing, painting and mixed media, and how these artists develop their art conceptually. Now you will better understand how to develop conceptual ideas for your artwork in your chosen medium. There will be lots of discussion in this workshop, combined with hands on learning and experimentation.
$160 plus GST: some art supplies included.
