Composting Workshop
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Composting is a key technique for building soil to support a year around harvest. There are many composting methods to choose from including hot or cold bins, sheet mulching and lasagna gardens, worm bins and fermenters. Each method can turn kitchen and yard waste into soil nutrients.
This composting workshop takes place in the Lake Trail Community School Garden and covers building or buying a composter, building the pile, and troubleshooting and fixing problems.
