Are you looking for skilled and highly motivated employees to complete hard-to-get-to projects? Are you interested in mentoring college students and cultivating their talent? Consider becoming a Co-op or Internship employer with North Island College.
Employers hire students for short-term work opportunities, with no obligation or commitment to permanent work. Students receive real-life experience and credit towards their degree or diploma.

Come to BCHRMA Learning Roundtable on March 26th and hear more about these program opportunities from NIC�s Avry Janes, Internship Coordinator, School of Business and Treena Nadon, Employment Service Advisor, Co-op Programs. You�ll have the opportunity to ask questions about the programs, and discuss any experiences you�ve had as an employer or a student participating in them.

Roundtable Leader: Mickie Donley, CHRP, Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Courtenay. Mickie has been an active volunteer for the last 5 years including the coordination of the HR Connects (Mingles) and Roundtables for the Comox Valley, HR community.
